Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure featuring Cruella De Vil, Disney’s most outrageous villain, and 101 (almost!) of the most adorable heroes to set their paws onstage!
Pet owners, Roger (Calvin Landis) and Anita (Gracelynne Knighten), live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo (Grayson Clements) and Perdita (Finley Bailey), stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies (Abigail Harrison, Dylan Knighten, Jackson Bailey, Charlotte Dees, Cambry White, Elijah Humphreys), helped by Nanny (Charlotte Braschler). Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil (Abbey Jenkins), plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat, assisted, of course, by her bumbling henchmen Jasper (Emma Braswell) and Horace (Griffin Motley). The Dalmatians rally all the Dogs of London (Sonnie Seawright, Wyatt Knighten, Nora Hood, Maddy Correll, Alyssa Trock, Aiden Grubbs, Fennlee Jenkins, Liberty Simon) plus tabby Sgt. Tibbs (Hayleigh Rodery) for a daring rescue of all of the puppies (Jase Tramell, Ayla Gould, Kenna Conner, Elle Ramsey), with the Police Officer (Ella Landis) and Dogcatcher (Amelia Steuber) there to finally put the villains away for good!
Theatre students aged 8-17 have been working tirelessly for 3 weeks, learning ensemble, improv, acting, choreography, swordfighting, set building, lighting design, and so much more, as they also produce a play! Come check out their hard work, PLUS see a great play based on the classic Disney film!
